– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season pork belly cubes with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
4. Place pork belly on a baking sheet and drizzle with the sauce.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.
6. Serve as an appetizer or with a side salad.
